Friend,
What a week it. has. been!!! I had the absolute best time in Conroe, Texas at the Crafty Beach Bash hosted by Cheri Valley, Cristiana and Courtney. Paige Evans and Vicki Boutin were the main educators with Kelly Bangs and Paul G doing a mini class. It was just what I needed after a crazy week! We mixed and mingled Thursday evening and I got to see friends from She Loves Color and many that I chat with on social media.
We had a full day of classes with Vicki on Friday and then Paige on Saturday! I love all four projects we made. 2 mini albums and 8 layouts! I was very excited to finally meet Vicki in person and she is the kindest, most easy-going person you can meet. We worked hard in her class but came out with a fantastic 6x8 album ready to add photos and embellishments.
Paige’s projects used the Bea Valint Poppy & Pear collection and it’s so pretty! I love the colors, icons and patterns. And of course, Paige’s projects served! Kelly Bangs and Paula G did a make & take and it was so freakin cute! I learned so much from them about printing at home. And these ladies are so sweet and fun!
Cheri and her team made a fun event with lots of goodies, laughs, a beautiful photo op area and I can’t say it enough, the laughs. I love meeting new friends and can’t wait to see some of them at the Simple Stories retreat in September.
I am exhausted in the best way possible, coming back with a luggage full of new goodies. Oh, and did I mention the table gifts. Oh my, these ladies know how to spoil a girl! And the time and creativity that went into them is an act of love! Definitely recommend their events and looking forward to next year!
